Zhenglan Cable Technology Co., Ltd. supplies ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced) bare conductors for overhead transmission and distribution lines requiring higher tensile strength over long spans. ACSR combines a central steel core (galvanized) with outer layers of EC-grade aluminium strands, so it carries current through aluminium while the steel core bears mechanical tension. The 100 mm² class size balances ampacity and span capability for sub-transmission and distribution backbones.
The steel core is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection, and aluminium layers are stranded with controlled pitch for uniform load sharing. Each reel is tested for resistance, lay ratio and breaking load.
