Zhenglan Cable Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures BV building wire — a 450/750 V single-core, PVC-insulated, non-sheathed copper cable per Chinese standard GB/T 5023 (equivalent to IEC 60227-3).
The 1×10 mm² size BV wire uses a stranded (Class 2) plain copper conductor with a single-layer PVC insulation, intended for fixed wiring inside buildings, conduits, switchboards and appliance connections where the cable is protected by enclosure. It serves final sub-circuits, distribution-board tails and equipment feeds. Conductors are drawn and annealed for uniform resistance, and insulation is extruded and spark-tested on the line.
BV standard fixed-wiring cable is used in residential and commercial buildings, control panels, lighting circuits and OEM equipment.
