Zhenglan Cable Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures PV1-F solar cables for the DC side of photovoltaic (PV) systems. PV1-F is a single-core, halogen-free, cross-linked (XLPE/XLPO) insulated and sheathed copper cable rated for continuous exposure to sunlight, weather and temperature cycling in solar arrays. The 1×4 mm² size serves string and module interconnection up to 1.5 kV DC.
The electron-beam or cross-linked insulation and sheath resist UV, ozone and hydrolysis, and remain flexible from -40 °C to +120 °C. Conductors are fine-stranded (Class 5) copper for flexibility during installation on tracking and rooftop systems.
PV1-F is used in utility-scale solar farms, commercial rooftops and off-grid PV. It connects panels to combiner boxes and inverters on the DC side, where heat, UV and mechanical movement demand a dedicated solar cable. Its durability reduces O&M cost over a 25-year life.
