NYA (H07V-R) 450/750V 1x70mm2 Class 2 Stranded Copper PVC Insulated Single Core for FR ES PT Panel Builder

NYA is the VDE name; H07V-R is the CENELEC harmonized name—both mean single-core PVC insulated building wire. Our 70mm² uses Class 2 stranded copper (company standard: ≥10mm² = Class 2), 1.4mm PVC, and is the wire panel builders in Santiago, Lima, Paris and Valencia buy by the coil for busbar jumpers.

Installation Notes:

The 70mm² size requires proper cable lug crimping—we recommend hydraulic crimping tools for reliable termination. The stranded construction (vs solid) makes it easier to pull through large conduit runs and reduces risk of conductor damage during installation.

Where It's Specified:

Main incoming feeds to distribution boards, generator connection cables, UPS output wiring, and large commercial air conditioning disconnects. Often used as phase or neutral backbone in three-phase panels where individual color-coded single cores are run in parallel through conduit or cable tray.
