Product Overview

The 0.6/1kV 3×70+50mm² AAC/AAAC+XLPE aerial bundled cable (ABC cable) is a high-performance overhead power transmission cable designed for low-voltage outdoor power distribution systems. Adopting advanced stranding technology and UV-resistant XLPE insulation, this cable integrates three 70mm² phase conductors and one 50mm² neutral messenger conductor, featuring lightweight structure, excellent weather resistance and stable electrical performance. It is widely applicable for urban and rural overhead power grid transformation, residential power supply, industrial and mining low-voltage power transmission, and rural power distribution trunk lines. The product complies with IEC 60502-1 and international industrial standards, ensuring reliable long-term outdoor operation.

Product Structural Characteristics

This ABC cable adopts a classic 3+1 core integrated stranding structure, with two optional conductor configurations to meet different engineering load and tensile requirements:

Phase Conductor: 3 cores of 70mm² All Aluminum Conductor (AAC), featuring high conductivity, light weight and good flexibility, which effectively reduces overall cable load and construction difficulty.
Neutral Messenger Conductor: 1 core of 50mm² All Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC), with higher tensile strength and creep resistance than pure aluminum conductor, serving as both neutral wire and bearing messenger wire to support the overall cable overhead laying.
Insulation Layer: Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation with uniform thickness, excellent electrical insulation, UV resistance, aging resistance and low-temperature toughness. The insulation layer effectively isolates external environmental interference and guarantees safe and stable power transmission.
Overall Structure: Four insulated conductors are tightly stranded into a compact bundle structure, avoiding line winding and friction damage in overhead laying, and improving the overall wind resistance and structural stability of the cable.
