Application
ACSR are formed by several wires of aluminum and galvanized steel, stranded in concentric layers. The inside of the ACSR is a steel "core", which mainly increases the strength; the outside is wrapped around the steel core with aluminum wire by twisting, and the aluminum strand mainly plays the role of transmitting electric energy.
